Who we are
The Arcana Grove is a creative and contemplative website dedicated to exploration, reflection, and intuitive practice.
Our website address is https://thearcanagrove.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to share with us, plus basic information about how the site is used.
- Contact form. How you would like to be addressed, your email address if you want a reply, and your message.
- Oracle Feedback form. How you would like to be addressed, your email address if you want a reply, and the experience or observations you share.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address and any name you provide.
- Site analytics. Information about your visit, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
The Instruments
The Reduction calculates numbers from the birth date and name you enter. That calculation happens in your browser. Your birth date and name are not sent to us or stored.
The Sigil Press also works in your browser. The sentences you enter and the sigils you create are not sent to us or stored.
The Oracle asks our server for a card each time you draw. No personal information is included in that request.
How we use your information
- To read and reply to your messages.
- To review feedback and improve the site and its instruments.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to.
- To understand how the site is used so we can make it better.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Services we use
Some of this information is handled by trusted services that help run the site:

Embedded content and links
Pages on this site may include embedded content or links to other websites, such as Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and Threads. Those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with that content, especially if you are logged in to them.
How long we keep your data

- Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
